Welcome to GC Archive! By using this website or purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About GC Archive

GC Archive is an independent, artist-owned shop offering handmade artwork, prints, stickers, clay pieces, accessories, and other creative goods.

Because many of my products are handmade, small variations in color, shape, texture, and appearance may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed. GC Archive reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

Once an order has been placed, I may not be able to make changes or cancellations if the order has already entered processing.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because GC Archive creates many items in small batches, certain products may sell out or become unavailable.

I reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

I do my best to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

4. Handmade Products

Many GC Archive products are handmade and may have small imperfections or variations.

These can include slight differences in shape, color, texture, size, or finish. These variations are not considered defects unless they significantly affect the item's intended use.

Please handle handmade items with care. GC Archive is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

GC Archive is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of my control.

If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, GC Archive is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can determine the best way to help.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are often handmade or produced in small quantities, all sales are not necessarily eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Any approved return must be in its original condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

8. Print Club Subscriptions

GC Archive Print Club is a recurring monthly subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize GC Archive to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

Each month may include different artwork and surprise items. The exact contents may vary from month to month.

Print Club subscriptions can be canceled according to the cancellation options provided at checkout or through your account. Cancellation does not necessarily provide a refund for a subscription payment that has already been processed.

9. Custom Orders

If GC Archive accepts custom orders, details such as pricing, turnaround time, materials, and design requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Because custom artwork is made specifically for the customer, custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed-upon order.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, graphics, product names, written content, and other creative material on this website belong to GC Archive or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use GC Archive artwork or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork or physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

All website content is provided for general shopping and informational purposes and may be changed or updated at any time.

12. Pricing & Errors

GC Archive reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other errors on the website.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount that has already been paid.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Archive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

GC Archive may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

By continuing to use the website or purchase from GC Archive after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
